STUDENTS MINISTRY

As a ministry of SV Church, SV Students exists to accomplish the mission of loving God, loving people, and making disciples by helping students belong, grow, and lead as they discover and live out their role in God’s story.

WHAT TO EXPECT

What to Expect

Throughout the week, students have multiple opportunities to grow in their faith, build strong friendships, and take ownership of their walk with Christ. Each environment is designed to meet students where they are and help them take their next step.

Days & Times

We create intentional environments for students in grades 6–12 to grow in their faith, build strong community, and learn how to follow Jesus in everyday life.

@Yokefellow Coffee Roasters

Coffee Chat is a space for students to go deeper in their faith by studying Scripture together in a more focused setting. It’s an opportunity to begin the day with purpose, conversation, and a deeper understanding of what it means to follow Christ.

Morning COFFEE CHATS

Students meet for large group teaching followed by small group discussion designed to help them grow in their understanding of God’s Word.

On Sunday mornings, students gather for Bible study in small groups separated by grade and gender. Each week includes a short large group time followed by small group discussion, where students learn how to read Scripture, understand it, and apply it to their everyday lives.

Doors open at 5:00 PM

Wednesday nights are designed for students to connect with each other and grow in their relationship with the Lord. The night includes student-led worship, a message from God’s Word, and time for fun and community. Doors open early for students to hang out before the service begins.
